"Tonio’s" is me, Tonio, my trailer, and a dough recipe I’ve been perfecting; some say obsessively, I say passionately!

I'm based in Kent, but with Italian roots not far from Naples - the birthplace of pizza. I've been a pizza chef for over 10 years, including time at an AVPN pizzeria, so I’m all about keeping things traditional: la vera Napoletana, made with love, the way it should be.

I’m incredibly proud to be doing what I’m passionate about, and I can’t wait to share it with you. Hope to see you soon!
